We've had a huge day today, we started at St Regis down the road from us for breakfast, then off to St Germain for some shopping and exploring and we did very well. Visiting the Servanne Goxette boutique for some new dolly necklaces, the Arche shoes shop and the gorgeous Alexandra Sojfer umbrella shop. That Alexandra Sojfer was one great sales lady!! We walked in just wanting to ogle the gorgous umbrellas and as Alexandra greeted us with a friendly "bonjour" we informed her of our intent to just look...well...next minute... we're sipping bubbles, handing over our credit cards, posing for photos then shamefully walking out with ridiculously expensive Umbrellas which have a lifetime guarantee....

Whilst we were walking along today a French couple asked us directions speaking to us as if we were French AND as if we knew where we were going, it must have been my French scarf that fooled them.
